03Does Blackstone handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Blackstone coordinates permits, inspections and code requirements as part of the project. The proposal for each project sets out exactly who is responsible for what in that jurisdiction.
04How should I share my project budget?
Use the project brief to share a working range and describe what it needs to include. That range helps the team evaluate the scope, finish level and planning path together.
05Can I see examples of completed residential work?
Yes. The portfolio includes current Blackstone project photography. Detailed project names, locations, budgets and timelines appear only once the property owner approves them.
06How does project communication work?
Blackstone keeps communication open and gives regular progress updates through a project. The proposal identifies the project contacts, the update cadence and how decisions are documented for your scope.
07Is Blackstone licensed and insured?
