Whole-Home Renovation

One property carried from original condition through demolition to completion: dated bathrooms and worn carpet stripped out, hardwood flooring run throughout, and the living areas reopened.

Bathroom Renovation

Bathrooms rebuilt from the substrate up: waterproofing membrane over backer board before any tile is set, then curbless showers with linear drains and full-height tile.

Concrete & Sitework

Flatwork, curb and walkway construction: forming and rebar, poured panels, ADA curb ramps and driveway aprons, worked around live access and existing grades.
