Desert Residence

One home photographed complete, inside and out: a steel pivot entry on checkerboard tile, a great room with a linear stone fireplace, a stone-topped kitchen island, dining and a study, the primary suite with freestanding tub and walk-in shower, secondary baths, laundry, and a paver spa terrace set against the mountains.

Whole-Home Renovation

One property, before and after. The tiled garden tub came out and a freestanding tub went in under the same bay of shutters; the second bath was refitted with a light-wood vanity, brass fixtures and a lit mirror; the two-sided fireplace was refaced in stacked stone under a timber mantel; and the carpet and original flooring in the living areas were replaced with wide plank.

Residential & Commercial Construction

Bathroom Renovation

Bathrooms rebuilt from the substrate up: waterproofing membrane over backer board before any tile is set, then curbless showers with linear drains and full-height tile.

Concrete & Sitework

Flatwork, curb and walkway construction: forming and rebar, poured panels, ADA curb ramps and driveway aprons, worked around live access and existing grades.
